Jeff & Samantha
I consider myself lucky to have photographed so many weddings at The War Memorial in Grosse Pointe. It’s a beautiful, historic mansion with a whole lot of character and charm. It’s the perfect place for a wedding.
Jeff & Sam got married on a clear, crisp, and really cold late-October day. Everyone got ready high up in Detroit’s Renaissance Center. An unhealthy amount of hairspray later, the ladies headed downstairs and took portraits in atrium near the riverfront . Soon after, Samantha & Jeff got to ease their nerves before making things official by seeing each other at a first look in one of the Ren-Cen towers.
We stopped for wedding party portraits at the now-classic Belt alley way, then rushed to Historic Trinity Lutheran near Eastern Market for a cozy ceremony in a gorgeous church.
We spent the rest of the evening at The War Memorial. I can’t wait to go back again.
Jesse was hands down one of the best parts of our wedding. His presence made taking photos so much fun and his work is absolutely incredible. I would (and have) recommend Jesse to anyone looking for an amazing photographer. His work is beautiful and classic and will be something we keep forever. Thank you, Jesse for being such a big part of our day! Read More
